What type of security does your site have for internet transactions?
All information regarding your transaction and identity is kept confidential through Paypal, which uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. Paypal adheres to the highest security standards, as set by international PCI (payment card industry) compliance.
How are your items priced?
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Sunlit Folk reserves the right to change prices at any time.

We ship all items Australia-wide.

.Exchanges + Returns
So online shopping is hard... We don't blame you for checking out our amazing exchange and returns policy.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
Please notify us by email at info@sageandclare.com stating item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Can I return/exchange a sale item?
For items purchased on sale - no exchange or refund is offered. Of course, if your item is faulty, please see below.
What happens if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible describing the fault. We will endeavour to offer a repair, exchange or refund if we deem the item to be faulty. This is governed by Australian consumer law. If we require the goods be returned for inspection, this must be done within 10 days of contacting us.
Please note, that many of the items on this website are vintage, antique, and/or handmade. We have stated this clearly in our product descriptions and as such, signs of wear, small marks, and inconsistencies are not considered faults on these items. If you like things shiny, manufactured by machinery, and completely perfect then this may not be the best place for you.
