Cat mermaids, also known as purrmaids, are some very magical creatures indeed.
In folklore, a MerKitten is an aquatic creature with the head and upper body of a cat and the tail of a fish. A sweet gift for that special fantasy fairytale lover in your life.
Key features of our hand-painted wooden MerKitten include:
- Our cream MerKitten has an adorable pink nose, cheeky whiskers and an aqua tail with metallic copper detailing. A beautiful blue jellyfish swims in the background, and the reverse side displays brilliantly coloured marine coral.
- Each MerKitten is made from wood and stands 4.5cm high & approximately 6cm wide (at base).
- Comes with a handmade cotton drawstring bag for safe keeping.

Materials used - wood, non-toxic high quality acrylic paints, and non-toxic sealer.
MerKitten has a best friend called Cora (the Mermaid Goddess), and pairs beautifully with many of the items from our Ocean Cove Collection.
A delightful educational tool for young children and are ideal for use in Waldorf and Montessori play settings.

Our collections are suitable for ages 3+ ~ although non-toxic, our products are not intended as chew toys. Small parts may be a choking hazard for young children, so please take care around your little ones.
